Oscar Niemeyer’s Strick House is designated as an historic landmark in the City of Santa Monica. Under the direction of designer Michael Boyd an extensive remodel was done to return the house to it’s original intention. The renovation has been featured in numerous periodicals including Architectural Digest and Elle Decor and the subject of a book entitled “A Modernist Paradise”.
